Donna's passion for food and cooking started at an early age while learning the kitchen as a child with her Italian family. They taught her the basics of cooking using only fresh ingredients AND how great food brings people together and lifts their spirits. It is these principles which have guided her cooking.
Though "Farm to Table" is a relatively new concept to some, this is how Donna and her family were raised.
Her journey continued from the family kitchen to the CIA to working with several of the top Chefs in the area including Emile Mosher & Jackey Robert before opening PC Catering.
For it's in her kitchen she blends all she has learned continuing to bring people together.
"For it is about the client's event and we ARE in the memory making business."
For Rob, it is important to create not just a party but an EVENT, one that will have a lasting impression on all involved.
With nearly a lifetime of industry related experiences, strong organizational skills and a creative imagination to draw from, that goal is achieved.
Kyle is gifted with the ability to remain calm and clear headed through very hectic times (which happens with off-site catering now and then) though his real strength is his natural talent working with food. Culinary School training, natural talent and attention to detail elevates him above others. Kyle's rare, unique qualities bring a true balance to the PC team and the events he works on.
