There Are More I Dos Than You Thought :

Do keep the wedding party together: If you have to wait for wedding members to return or send others to search for them for photo sessions or announcements, it can throw off the timing of the whole day. Make sure your wedding party is aware of the schedules and resonsibilities.
Do inform us of any special programs or presentations and their timing: These would include videos, readings, performances, toasts, etc.
Do be a responsible host: If you are having a bar, have it closed early and serve plenty of water and other non-alcholic beverages. Consider a special good night toast drink from our Personal Touches menu.
Do consider the children attending your wedding: Often kids don't have the same tastes as grown-ups and they all seem to be pretty short ! We offer several kid-friendly meals on our Children’s Menu. You may also want to consider smaller tables and chairs, high chairs or booster seats.
Do consider transporation to and from the wedding site: A shuttle service is a good choice for your guests especially if you are having a full bar. Limousine service for yourselves and perhaps your wedding party is a nice touch.
Do plan to feed your vendors: Do make sure you feed your support staff (photographer, band members, drivers, etc.). This is something you will arrange through your caterer. Rule of thumb is if they work over 5 hours (unless bands), they should be feed.
Do decide on a head table design and layout: Sweet-heart, round, rectangle, square: there are many choices. The first step is to determine the number of guest at the table: 2 -4 -10- 16, etc. From there you want great site line and maximum communication. Do not worry, we will help !
Do ask us: We have a referral list of photographers, bands, DJ’s, florists, invitation designers. We will be happy to make suggestions and put you in touch with these people and businesses.
Do ask us about your rehearsal dinner: We would enjoy catering it for you and have many sites that we can suggest. We also have a list of restaurant referrals if you prefer.
Do ask about accomodations for you and your guests: There are many hotels and Bed & Breakfast Inns that we would be happy to refer you to.
Do relax and enjoy yourselves! All the hard work is done, it's the happiest day of your lives. Take the time to visit and share your joy with your friends and family; time with this group will never happen again.
