CHOCOLATE POPCORN
12 Cups Popped Corn, discard un-popped kernels
2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips



Melt chocolate over double boiler. Pour melted chocolate over popcorn in a large bag. Close, and gently mix chocolate and popcorn till covered. Pour covered popcorn onto parchment, refrigerate. After chocolate popcorn has cooled and hardened, break apart and store in airtight container.
