The searchlights moving through the night sky are the first thing the guests will notice as they pull up to valet parking. Walking up the red carpet runway like a star to opening night, they approach the high peaked tent with an art deco marquee and double French door entrance. Once inside, they will notice the night sky has followed them in; the ceiling is covered in stars and the tent is filled with a soft blue glow. Located throughout the tent are tables filled with culinary delights, full service bars, tables and booths for dining and mingling, a dance floor and on the art deco stage a live jazz band plays ….and all this takes place in a parking lot!

Clients Request: Entertain 500 guests in a first class setting. Create a space for 500 people to enjoy an evening of dining, dancing and mingling with the hosts and other guests.
Dilemma: New Office Building not large enough to entertain 500 people.
The PC Solution: We created a 1950’s art deco style “grand opening night” with red carpet entry in the parking lot. By setting up a 140’ x. 40’ we established a perimeter large enough to accommodate the guests and supply ample room for the kitchen and behind the scenes necessities. Using imagination and some well placed props we turned the empty canvas of the tent and a parking lot into a spectacular room fit for the stars.
