Pacific Connection's management team will coordinate and/or supervise events for which we may or may not be providing the catering or production.
A possible outline of responsibilities may include, but is not limited to:
- Review all event details
- Assist with all menu selections to insure balance and workability for the site
- Confirm that required equipment is on site
- Arrange timetable for setup, arrival, event, departure and strike
- Pre-event contacts: letters, phone, emails and walk throughs
- Advise Client on locations of required stations and create floor plan
- On site day of the event management providing a trained and informed team
- Providing Client with a recap of event
