The appeal of a buffet is having an abundant selection of dishes and a more casual atmosphere in the dining room than with a plated event. The visual impression of the buffet is very important. We enjoy using our imagination to create buffet designs that match our client's special themes. From the "Fairway Buffet" of sod, sand and plants for the U.S. Golf Open at Pebble Beach, to an elegant wedding presentation that is curved, raised, multi-level and dressed in full-length linen with crinkled ivory silk overlays.
