Event: Architectural firm's 40th anniversary
Client: TLCD Architecture
Guest Count: 300
Clients Request: Entertain guest in the firms offices and adjoining decks. Create several different venues using architectural elements and building materials, each with its own theme, menu, and décor.
Dilemma: The entire office is on the 3rd floor. Each venue needed to have its own kitchen, bar and service staff. Each venue needed to be distinctively different than the other. Guest needed to be able to move easily from one to another venue while mingling and viewing exhibits (models, drawings, etc.) displayed by the firm. The venues would be using indoor and outdoor space
The PC Solution: With ingenuity and imagination, we created 3 very unique theme rooms.
These venues were situated so as to allow an easy flow of guest from one space to another while viewing the exhibits and mingling with the hosts. The 3 kitchens and equipment locations were completely hidden from view, yet allowing easy access for our competent and versatile staff to do their jobs. All in all this challenging event was a smashing success.
